Let’s talk #booktalk. It is becoming a trend over the last several years especially it was on the rise even more when the oh so lovely COVID hit. The books can range from young adult, romance and fiction books. Many book stores including this bookstore have adopted the trend into the current inventory.
Social media has helped with being able to aid in the upward trends of books. It has also aided in the upward discovery of authors that some may not have found otherwise. Currently, it has been said that there are 29.1 billion #booktok viewers at this current time frame. At this moment, we currently have several #booktok books in stock in our online store. It is key that as a business, keeping up with the trends and making sure to target a wide range of individuals is kept up with.
What started as one little trend, now most individuals know about it. In my personal search for books, I’ve referenced the hashtag multiple times and found my next read from it as well and utilized it in order to aid in the overall usage of the business.
